You know you're a parent when...
...90 seconds at a red light seems like a perfect nap time (for you).
...all furniture is yard sale specials.
...your christmas tree is only decorated from the middle up.
...date night is a blockbuster movie & microwave popcorn.
...you brush your teeth and consider yourself dressed.
...you never go to the bathroom alone again - ever.
Hahaha! Number 3 is definitely true right now, and number 5 is almost always true. (Actually, even brushing the teeth may be stretching it. ;-)) And gee, even an hour alone without the movie feels like a date night most of the time! Though we did get to go on an ACTUAL date today for the first time in a loooong time. Yippee! :-)
